Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to, or otherwise using Halftuner (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service is offered on a paid subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method the applicable fees disclosed at the time of purchase, plus any applicable taxes.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly or annually) according to the plan you select. All fees are quoted in the currency shown at checkout.

3. Automatic Renewal — Important

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS. Unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew for another period of the same length, and your payment method on file will be charged the then-current renewal price.

By subscribing, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Your subscription will continue indefinitely until you cancel it.
• You are solely responsible for canceling your subscription before the next renewal date if you do not wish to be charged again.
• We are not obligated to provide a reminder before renewal, and the absence of a reminder does not entitle you to a refund.
• Forgetting to cancel, failing to cancel in time, or non-use of the Service during a billing period does not entitle you to a refund for that period.

4. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard by clicking "Manage Subscription" and following the cancellation steps in the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must complete cancellation before the renewal date shown in your account. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours in advance to account for processing time.

5. Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. This includes, without limitation:

• Charges resulting from failure to cancel before automatic renewal.
• Partial billing periods after cancellation (you retain access until the end of the paid period).
• Unused time, features, or credits during any billing period.
• Accidental, duplicate, or mistaken subscriptions that were not canceled before renewal.

You agree that you have had the opportunity to evaluate the Service prior to subscribing and that the non-refundable nature of the fees is a material part of this agreement.

6. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any price change will apply to billing periods that begin after the change takes effect. If you do not agree to a price change, you must cancel your subscription before it renews.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for charges that are valid under these Terms (including automatic renewals you failed to cancel) is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account and loss of access to the Service.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
